With the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) announcements now released, the sector is shifting — and the time to come together is now.
To help more of the sector’s people take part, we’re offering better-priced tickets for Fellows, a new Aspiring Fellow rate, and exclusive group booking discounts for organisations. We’ve also extended our Priority Access Summit tickets until 31 August to ensure the widest possible participation in shaping the sector’s future.
At the heart of the IEP Summit 2025 Australia are our Fellows – leading conversations, driving panels, and shaping Q&As so every session is grounded in real practical experience. This year’s Summit is about future skills, collaboration, bold leadership, and unlocking the sector’s full potential – and we want to see established Fellows, aspiring Fellows, regional managers, emerging leaders, and senior executives all contributing to the discussion.
Special offers to make it easier to attend:
- Priority Access Ticket rates extended until 31 August – secure your place now and save on your ticket.
- Aspiring Fellow ticket – As part of our commitment to nurturing future talent, IEP Fellows can bring along a colleague they see as an Aspiring Fellow – someone passionate about employability, showing leadership potential, and committed to professional growth.
We’re making a very limited number of places available at 50% off, exclusively for these aspiring professionals, on a first come, first served basis. - IEP Corporate Affiliate Partners (CAPs) – 30% off when booking 3+ tickets.
- All other organisations – 10% off when booking 3+ tickets.
(Minimum 3 tickets for bulk-buy discounts. All prices include GST.)
Contact amy.lucas@iemployability.org to arrange your Aspiring Fellow ticket or group booking discount.
Whether you’re an established Fellow, an aspiring Fellow, a regional manager, or an emerging leader, this is your opportunity to discuss the future of the sector, explore the changes already underway, hear perspectives from outside our own world, and take away practical insights you can apply in your business and own professional practice.
Why This Summit Matters Right Now
- AI and digital disruption are already transforming how we support people — but how do we stay human-centred as the tools evolve?
- System reform is accelerating — but who’s helping practitioners navigate this?
- First Nations inclusion and broader social equity goals are shifting from aspiration to expectation — how do we make this real in our work?
- Transforming skills for the future workforce — as technologies, industries, and workforce demographics evolve, how do we equip people with the skills they need for the jobs of tomorrow?
- A new generation of leadership is emerging — across organisations, policy, and practice — ready to reshape the future.
The Summit is our chance to bring it all to the table.
What Attendees Can Expect
- Big conversations from people outside the sector — thinkers, innovators, and decision-makers who’ll challenge our assumptions and expand our view.
- Real talk from people inside the sector — Fellows, practitioners, and program leaders who know what change feels like on the frontline.
- No breakouts — just powerful plenary sessions, facilitated dialogues, and the kind of energy that only comes when people feel part of something bigger.
- A chance to connect, reflect, and reset — not just as organisations, but as a profession.
- Optional Elevation Evening Dinner — premium networking over dinner at 12-Micron (separately ticketed, limited spaces).
