We are delighted to be launching the 15th IEP Journal, Technology, Transformation and Innovation curated by Claudine Adeyemi-Adams FIEP and Earlybird at a special launch seminar on Wednesday 12th November 2025, 8.30am-9.45am GMT / 7.30pm-8.45pm AEDT.

Claudine is a dynamic leader in the sector, our current IEP Fellow of the Year.

The IEP Journal #15 explores how technology, and especially AI, is reshaping our sector. We’ve brought together a stellar group of contributors from across academia, industry, and operational best practice to share their insights and perspectives on an everchanging landscape.

This edition builds on a collaboration between the IEP and Earlybird. Our global partnership is driven by a shared vision: to help employability professionals safely and effectively integrate cutting-edge technology to amplify the vital human connection between service participant and frontline practitioner.

Join us for this launch seminar where you’ll get an exclusive breakdown of the Journal’s content. We’ll have a quick-fire session panel and Q&A with Claudine and three of our featured authors – Mark Martin MBE (Urban Teacher), Becky Miles (Seetec), and Oliver Large (Tony Blair Institute) – who will share their insights on AI, service delivery, and the future of the sector, and work more widely.

This event is open to IEP Fellows, Members and non-members from across the world and is free to attend.

About the Earlybird and AI Global Partnership

Earlybird have recently joined us as a new global AI Platform Partnership but this isn’t  just a partnership – it’s a shared commitment to empowering frontline professionals using the latest AI and voice technology. Earlybird’s platform saves teams time, boosts participant engagement, and improves programme outcomes, helping practitioners focus on what they do best: building trust and driving human impact.

Earlybird is already working with partners across the sector to save up to 70 hours of practitioner time, increase performance by 8%, and support an additional 126 participants into meaningful work. The company has also shared insights at IEP’s Basecamp event and have contributed to the upcoming IEP Journal  #15 on Technology, Transformation and Innovation: AI in Employability.
