The CHC41115 Certificate IV in Employment Services is a certified course tailored to equip frontline staff with the tools they need to effectively support participants, address barriers to employment, and drive higher engagement and outcomes.
Developed in partnership with Asuria, it’s the ideal way to get your staff trade qualified for the sector, with flexible electives to suit their career pathway and recognition of departmental and internal training.
In addition to the Certificate, participants will also receive the IEP developed Award in Employability Practice – a learning module recognised around the world.
