Ashley Williams FIEP has been named IEP Australia’s Member of the Month for November 2025.
We are thrilled to announce the award, recognising Ash’s superb support of the IEP mission in Australia, as well as his significant contribution to our recent IEP Summit Australia in Sydney. Ash supported the event as a panelist, offering his insight and experience, and was crucial to ensuring the day was a success.
Ash is National Manager for the Inclusive Employment Australia program at Real Futures. He is an experienced Business Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the human resources industry, and skilled in Operations Management, Leadership and recruiting.
The Member of the Month award recognises IEP members who have performed in an exceptional way by exemplifying outstanding service through their work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude which goes above and beyond.
This includes services for participants, team members or colleagues. Nominations are put forward by the IEP team.
