As part of International Women’s Day, the Kempsey Shire community on the NSW Mid North Coast is coming together for ‘Lead Like a Girl’ — a celebration of strength, courage, and the incredible impact women have across every industry.
Hosted by the Regional Industry Education Partnerships (RIEP) Program through the NSW Department of Education’s Careers and Pathways team, the event brings together 120 young women from local high schools and a panel of inspiring female leaders. These women represent the many powerful ways female leadership shapes communities — across government, health, emergency services, manufacturing, IT, and employment services.
We are incredibly proud that Ellie Fuller MIEP, Partnership & Learning Consultant at IEP Australia, has been invited to speak on this panel of remarkable women.
Ellie will be sharing her journey in Employment Services and disability inclusion, bringing her authentic, grounded leadership style to young women who are just beginning to explore their own career pathways.
