The impact has been significant. Having worked in the employment services industry for nearly three years, the Cert IV provided me with practical tools and fresh perspectives to enhance my approach. In particular, it strengthened my ability to connect and engage with diverse cohorts, as well as navigate challenging conversations while always keeping participants’ best interests at the forefront.
