We are thrilled to announce two new Members of the Month in Australia – Adam Swist MIEP from OCTEC and Tony Fretton MAIEP from Just Careers Training & Licenses 4 Work.
Adam is our winner for March 2025, recognising his significant contribution to IEP Australia’s events and mission.
He has worked in the employability sector since the early 1990s, starting as a Case Manager with On Track Employment, and has worked for several other organisations over the past 30 years including PIC, Mission Australia and Global Skills, prior to his current role with OCTEC.
Adam sees the IEP as a great vehicle to support individuals and organisations with Professional Development and collaboration.
Our Member of the Month for May, Tony Fretton MAIEP is a Member Ambassador of the IEP and has been sharing the great work that the IEP do in Australia far and wide.
Tony is a specialist in supporting Employment Service Providers, providing them training and licensing solutions for their participants across the state of Victoria and Nationally via his greater team.
The Member of the Month award recognises IEP members who have performed in an exceptional way by exemplifying outstanding service through their work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude which goes above and beyond.
This includes services for participants, team members or colleagues. Nominations are put forward by the IEP team.
Our Member of the Month for April was Nicole Mattsson FIEP.
