Ellie Fuller’s arrival as Partnership and Learning Consultant at the IEP marks a new stage in the development of IEP Australia.

In this role, Ellie will focus on workforce development and capability building, helping shape a stronger, more connected community of Employability professionals.

“The IEP is leading the way in bringing innovation to the Employability profession,” Ellie says. “I’m excited to be on board.”

With a background spanning DES, NDIS Employment Services, and the Department of Education, Skills and Employment, Ellie brings a unique cross-industry perspective to the role.

“We’re at a really exciting moment in the sector. With so much change underway, there’s a clear need to come together — to build a strong, future-ready workforce. I couldn’t be more excited to be part of the IEP team.”

Ellie joined the IEP after some wise words from a mentor during a hiking trip to New Zealand.

“OzHarvest founder Ronni Kahn spoke to me about the importance of aligning your values and vision with an organisation that truly needs your skillset. I wasn’t actively looking for a new opportunity, but her words rang true.

“I realised I could reach more people — and have a greater impact — if I brought my skills, passion, and heart for this sector to a place that champions the same values and vision. I truly feel grateful to work for an organisation that sees the bigger picture, values people, and is committed to growing the future of our profession.”

Ellie currently resides on Dunghutti Country and, when not working, enjoys being active in her local community — supporting both surf initiatives and community gardening projects.

Ellie is a great addition to the IEP Australia team, bringing passion, ideas and energy to our community of Employability professionals around the country.
