We are delighted to welcome Freddie Fenton AIEP to the IEP Australia team!

Many of you will know Freddie from his role in our IEP Mentoring Program, as Head of Sales and Community at Brancher.

He is also joining us to support new partnerships ahead of IEA.

“My aim is to ensure strong ongoing engagement and sustainability of the IEP Australia network,” he says.

“I look forward to doubling down on our strengths and providing the recognition and standardised training desperately needed across the industry.”

An expert in startup go-to-market execution, Freddie built the lead generation engine that fed the growth of one of Australia’s first tech unicorns at Go1, and helped Neto build a sales engine that led to their $55M acquisition by Maropost.

Freddie previously served as National Workforce Solutions Manager at Campbell Page, where he led a 12-member business development team across Australia. Under his leadership, the team achieved 540 employment placements, collaborated with over 315 enterprise and small business employers, and improved placement retention by 29 per cent.

As Founder of Level Up Growth Advisory, Freddie has supported multiple SaaS businesses in expanding to international markets, generating an average of $1.2M in additional pipeline for clients. His expertise spans strategic market expansion, sales process optimization, and cross-functional team leadership, with particular strength in B2B sales across government, education and enterprise segments.

Freddie is currently completing his MBA from Torrens University and brings deep expertise in CRM systems, sales enablement and business development.

It is fantastic to have Freddie on board to support our growing IEP Australia community!
