One of the best things about our industry is the fact we are learning all the time. A significant part of the learning experience since beginning our work in Australia has been listening to providers and industry leaders, and building a more complete picture of how the IEP is best placed to serve you.

We have done this through the development of our own programs, including the Centre of Excellence and our partnership with Asuria to deliver the Cert IV in Employment Services.

We now know you personally, understand your challenges and have a better appreciation of what you need – especially in the wake of such significant changes to the sector with the introduction of the Inclusive Employment Australia program.

As a direct result, we have decided to realign our Corporate Affiliate Partner (CAP) program.

Under the new title of Capability Partner, we aim to provide a targeted service that provides clear workforce benefits for your organisation – staff and program participants.

This means offering you and your teams learning that is practical, role-aligned and nationally recognised – the Cert IV is a great example of this.

It means supporting you to help your staff build their skills and expertise – expanding your capability as an organisation.

And it means developing bespoke partnerships that will suit you and your teams, with learning that meets your needs.

Our vision at the IEP is ‘employability professionals everywhere are the best they can be’, and we believe this reposition of our partnership program for providers helps us to move closer to that goal.

We are also excited to see what’s next, as providers adapt and grow to better support your cohorts of vulnerable clients.

And we’re here to support you to do just that!
