What are the benefits of IEP membership?
IEP membership supports your professional practice through access to sector‑relevant learning, CPD opportunities, events, networking, and professional resources. Membership is designed to help practitioners build capability, stay connected to the sector, and continue developing their practice over time.

What criteria do I need to meet to become an IEP member?
Australian Individual Membership is open to people working in, or closely aligned with, the employability and employment services sector. The focus is on professional practice and capability‑building, rather than formal grades or titles.

What do I receive as part of my membership?
Your membership includes access to:
  • Professional learning and CPD opportunities
  • Events, webinars, and sector conversations
  • Resources and curated content to support practice
  • Connection to a broader professional community

How much does Individual Membership cost?
Individual Membership is $300 AUD per year.
GST included.

Do I need to complete a course before joining?
No. There are no prerequisite courses required to become an Individual Member. Members may choose to undertake learning and CPD opportunities as part of their professional development.

I’ve completed a course — how do I receive my certificate?
Certificates for completed courses are emailed directly to participants following completion of the learning.

Can I use the IEP logo?
Members may only use the IEP logo where explicitly permitted and in line with brand guidelines. Please contact the IEP team before using the logo in any professional or promotional materials.

What happens if my membership is sponsored by my organisation and I change jobs?
If your membership is employer‑funded and your circumstances change, please contact the IEP team so we can support you with next steps.
