Frontline practitioners are increasingly supporting people facing multiple, intersecting barriers to employment. This practical, evidence‑informed program is designed to build confidence, capability, and consistency when working with complexity – while maintaining strong, person‑centred practice.
Delivered online across four live, interactive sessions, the program equips practitioners with tools they can apply immediately in day‑to‑day frontline work.
“The course highlighted the need to balance empathy with structure, supporting participants without overstepping or creating dependency. Importantly, it has reminded me that growth is ongoing. Even with years of experience, there is always more to learn, refine, and improve,” said Annie Kenny AIEP, our first course graduate.
