Delivered by industry and subject matter experts, the program was developed after an extensive year-long consultation with frontline staff, team leaders, and qualified trainers – truly training by industry, for industry.
On completion, participants will receive not only the Certificate IV, but also the IEP Award in Employability Practice – a learning module recognised around the world.
Meet Our First Graduate

The course has already produced its first completer – and what a way to mark the milestone. Saad Khan AIEP, Mentor at Asuria, became the very first graduate of the Cert IV in Employment Services and was recently named IEP Australia’s Member of the Month for February 2026 in recognition of his outstanding commitment throughout the course. Saad consistently demonstrated dedication, passion, and genuine enthusiasm for the sector, setting a strong example for future learners.
“Completing the Cert IV in Employment Services has been a really valuable experience for me,” Saad said.
“It’s given me a much better understanding of how to support participants in a more practical and person-centred way.
“I’ve been able to apply what I’ve learned directly into my day-to-day work, especially when it comes to building stronger relationships, understanding individual needs, and tailoring support more effectively.
“It’s also helped me feel more confident in my approach and more intentional in the way I engage with clients, which I believe makes a real difference in the outcomes we can achieve.”
