In the coming months, we will be bringing Fellows and Senior Members together into specialist areas of practice and establishing Fellow-led subcommittees focused on:
- Strategy and future direction
- Emerging issues affecting the employment and Employability Sector
- Best practice and professional standards
Karin Ridgeway FIEP, IEP Australia Country Manager, said these groups will identify challenges, develop recommendations, and share outcomes with the wider membership.
“We believe this will not only encourage thought leadership across the profession, but also provide Fellows with a clear area of contribution, influence, and professional identity within the Institute.”
