Congrats to Maz Fenwick FIEP, National Employment Engagement Manager at Spinal Cord Injuries Australia, for her IEP Australia Member of the Month award for March 2026.
Maz has been a strong supporter of the IEP, attending events, promoting what we do, and making strong connections within the IEP community.
“With 16 years of experience in the disability services sector as an FIEP member, I champion a commitment to service, professional excellence and authentic, inclusive change across this industry,” said Maz.
“Through the Lived Experience by Design framework, my focus is on elevating the voices of People with Disabilities to ensure they thrive in the workplace, making accessibility the foundational blueprint rather than an afterthought.
“At my core, I am a networker and connector of people, and I am honoured to be named Member of the Month as a Fellow of the IEP.”
