What does the partnership with IEP mean to The BUSY Group?
“Our partnership with IEP reflects something we care deeply about. We want to stay connected to a global network that’s genuinely lifting standards in employability services. Working together on projects like Project DEEP ANZ has shown us what’s possible when organisations share knowledge instead of working in silos. It keeps us accountable to best practice, not just what’s working locally, but what’s working around the world.”
Why has The BUSY Group sponsored the Summit Australia? What value does the Summit bring to the sector?
“We sponsor the Summit because people in our sector need a space to be honest about the big shifts happening right now, from AI and workforce pressures to changing government policy. It gives us a chance to tackle these challenges as a community rather than just talking about them. Working together like that elevates the whole sector, us included.”
What excites you most about this year’s Summit?
“I’m mainly focused on the sessions about preparing our team and job seekers for where the workforce is heading. I want to leave with real, practical steps we can implement immediately.”
