Due to strong demand, registrations are now open for the next IEP Connect: Emerging Leaders cohort, commencing Monday 14 September.
Leadership can be one of the most rewarding and challenging transitions in our profession. This new community has been created to bring emerging leaders together to connect, learn from one another, and share the realities of leadership in employment services.
What to Expect in the First Session
Our first session will be an informal conversation and get-to-know-you discussion. Rather than focusing on a specific topic, we’ll spend time connecting, exploring the challenges and opportunities people are experiencing, and identifying the priorities that will shape future sessions.
Before joining, we’d love you to have a quick think about:
- What has been your biggest leadership challenge so far?
- What do you hope to gain from this community?
- What topics would you most like us to explore in future sessions?
There is no preparation required and no presentations. Simply join us with a coffee and be ready for an open, supportive conversation.
