Nominations are now open for the IEP Australia Fellow of the Year 2026, with the winner to be announced at the IEP Australia Summit 2026.
Since the IEP’s establishment in 2011, Fellowship has been a vital part of our community, playing a crucial and valuable role in the growth and development of the IEP and the wider employability sector. Fellows are not only thought leaders and mentors but also advocates for best practice, contributing to strategic initiatives that shape our industry’s future.
The IEP Fellow of the Year Award is an opportunity to celebrate and congratulate our Fellows for the significant contribution they make, not only to the IEP but also to the employability sector as a whole.
A Tradition Shared Across the IEP Community
The Fellow of the Year Award has become one of the most meaningful moments on the IEP calendar, with the UK IEP Summit recognising an outstanding Fellow each year at its Networking Dinner.
At the IEP Summit 2026 in the UK, Lorna Holmes FIEP was named Fellow of the Year 2026.
“It still feels a bit surreal to be writing this… I was named Fellow of the Year 2026. Honestly, I don’t quite know how to put it into words. But here’s the thing I do know – something like this is never really about one person. It belongs to a team who turn up every day and do the real work that keeps this partnership moving. I’m only here because of them.”
Now, IEP Australia is inviting nominations to recognise a Fellow closer to home, someone whose leadership, advocacy and contribution to the employability sector deserves to be celebrated by their peers.
