IEP Connect events have been rolling out steadily this year, and while we haven’t made it to every city just yet, we’re well on our way. Our team has already visited Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane – and most recently, we returned to Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney in June with our Group CEO, Scott Parkin FIEP, joining us on the road

These gatherings continue to be a highlight for us. They offer a genuine opportunity to connect with our Fellows, Members, and the many friends of the IEP who contribute so much to our professional community. They’re also a wonderful way to welcome new faces into the fold – not only expanding networks for our members, but strengthening the IEP’s reach and relationships across the employability sector.

We’re committed to keeping this momentum going. IEP Connect events will continue to be held around the country, and we encourage all Members and Fellows to come along, reconnect, and share the invitation with someone in the sector who may benefit from being part of our growing community of professionals.

Together, we’re building a stronger, more connected employability industry – one conversation, one event, and one new connection at a time.

IEP Connect Workshop Melbourne: AI – Product and Practice Workshop

Frontline practitioners across employment services are invited to a hands‑on AI Workshop on 11 November 2026, the day before IEP Summit Australia 2026, designed to show exactly how artificial intelligence can be applied in day‑to‑day service delivery.

Through practical demonstrations and real‑world examples, attendees will explore how AI can support smoother workflows, strengthen decision‑making, and enhance client outcomes without disrupting business operations. Industry‑leading AI experts will guide participants through the tools, safeguards, and implementation pathways that ensure AI is compliance‑aligned, risk‑aware, and easy to adopt across frontline teams.
