Award in Employability and IPS Integration

The Award in Employability and IPS Integration is a blended-learning qualification for Employment Specialists delivering Connect to Work services under the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. Designed in line with UK Government policy on supported employment — including the DWP’s focus on tailored, person-centred support — this qualification helps Employment Specialists meet the fidelity standards that ensure services are high-quality, consistent, and focused on rapid, sustainable employment outcomes.

IEP ACADEMY: SUPPORTING COMPLEX BARRIERS

This unique blended learning program helps practitioners identify the root causes of behaviour in complex cases like mental health issues, disabilities, addiction, age, and cultural isolation. It equips them with skills to support participants in finding and sustaining employment, using proven methods to increase motivation, confidence, and skills while reducing ambivalence to work.

CHC41115 Certificate IV in Employment Services

Developed in partnership with Asuria, this course is the ideal way to get your staff trade qualified for the sector, with flexible electives to suit their career pathway and recognition of departmental and internal training. Participants will also receive the IEP accredited Award in Employability Practice – a learning module recognised around the world.

IEP Award in Coaching for Progress

Equip managers with the skills to decide when to teach, coach, or mentor, enabling them to foster team growth and deliver impactful coaching conversations aligned with organisational goals.

IEP Award in Motivational Interviewing

Award in Motivational Interviewing: Learn how to build trust through boosting participants’ intrinsic motivation, address ambivalence and resistance, increase change talk, encourage stepping out of a comfort zone and support them in overcoming barriers through empathy-driven techniques.

Focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the employability sector, this blended learning program aims to empower frontline practitioners with the necessary knowledge and skills to harness the potential of AI. IEP AWARD IN EMPLOYER SOLUTIONS

Created with Ingeus and Deakin University, the IEP Award in Employer Solutions helps employer-facing practitioners develop tools and competencies for building effective relationships with stakeholders. It shares best practices and data to establish standards and a consistent approach across the sector.

EMPLOYABILITY ESSENTIALS

Employability Essentials is a series of informative eLearning modules designed for employability practitioners at all levels. It provides solid sector knowledge and advice on best practice, serving as a key platform for upskilling and gaining further accredited qualifications through the IEP Learning Academy.

UNDERSTANDING NEURODIVERSITY

With the right support, neurodiverse participants can thrive in the workplace. Built in association with neurodiversity experts, Genius Within CIC, this unique eLearning program equips practitioners with specialist knowledge to support neurodiverse individuals in their journey towards employment.

OVER 50s EMPLOYABILITY SUPPORT

Developed with the Centre for Ageing Better, this specialist eLearning program equips employability practitioners with a comprehensive understanding of the obstacles that people over 50 can encounter when looking for work, along with the resources available to overcome them.
