We’re pleased to present Ross McLatchie FIEP, IEP Australia Board Member, with IEP Australia’s Member of the Month for July 2026.
Ross consistently demonstrates a collaborative and generous approach to supporting the Employability Sector.
He regularly volunteers his time and expertise to contribute to IEP initiatives, support professional learning opportunities, and strengthen connections within the industry.
Through his involvement in local events in Melbourne and his willingness to help others, Ross embodies the values of collaboration, professionalism and community, while continually promoting a positive image of the IEP and its members.
The Member of the Month award recognises IEP members who have performed in an exceptional way by exemplifying outstanding service through their work and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude which goes above and beyond. This includes services for participants, team members or colleagues. Nominations are put forward by the IEP team.
